Leadership and Management Training Grants

Advance Your Sales can help you qualify for a Leadership and Management Training Grant †to deliver you business up to £1000 of funded training. This training is available for company Directors and Senior Managers or leaders of charity, voluntary or not for profit organisations.

We will guide you through the complete process of accessing training grants and course funding that will enable you to use leadership and management training to grow your business.

Up To £1,000 Training Grant for Each Employer

The first £500 of leadership course funding does not require any contribution from the employer and this should be used for Directors, Leaders or Senior Managers like Sales Mangers.

The subsequent £500 of course funding must be matched by the employer. This is also available for senior members of the management team.

This means your business can have £1,500.00 worth of leadership and management training for just a £500.00 contribution.

To be eligible your organisation must:

ï Employ between 5-249 staff.
ï Have not accessed any previous training funded by this scheme since October 2007.

“Ambition 2020: Word Class Skills and Jobs for the UK”, published by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, challenges government and businesses to redouble their efforts to raise their ambitions and the nation’s skills to prevent the UK slipping behind international competitors.

The Study Called on the UK governments to adopt a UK-wide goal of being one the top 8 countries in the world for productivity, employment and skills by 2020.
