A recent survey conducted by pricewaterhousecoopers has shown that so-called millenials (young people of graduate age) believe that coaching and mentoring are particularly important in the workplace.

Of the 4,271 graduates surveyed almost one third of respondents chose training and development as their first choice benefit other than salary*.

98%* of the sample stated working with strong coaches and mentors was important to their personal development.
