A new study has suggested that companies must make sure their staff are using the internet in an efficient manner.

Research has revealed that employees spend an average of 11 hours a week using search engines to find information, only to be frustrated in their efforts.*

The survey has also shown 36% of sales and marketing executives were not able to find the information they wanted through the channel.*
