CEO’s See People Management Skills As The Most Important Of Abilities
Friday, May 1st, 2009A study by the Institute of Learning and Management (ILM) has revealed 27% of CEOís see People management and communication skills as abilities that are most important in their managers during the recession.
It also found that financial aptitudes were in demand, with 22% stating cost control and budgeting skills at the top of their list.
